Role
Hamilton AI is hiring its first Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sale execution and help define how Customer Success operates at the company.
This is a foundational role. You will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across customer accounts. You will work directly with operators, brokers, and Hamilton leadership to ensure customers realize measurable value from the platform.
This is not a support or ticket-driven role. It is hands-on, operational, and outcome-focused.
What Youโll Do
- Own end-to-end customer onboarding from sales handoff through successful go-live
- Configure customer accounts, workflows, and data in partnership with the CEO and Head of Sales
- Lead live training sessions for operators and brokers to drive fast time-to-value
- Own customer health, usage, retention, and expansion outcomes
- Proactively identify adoption risks and intervene before churn becomes an issue
- Drive deep product adoption across operational workflows
- Act as a primary signal pipeline into Product and Engineering
- Separate signal from noise in customer feedback and write clear problem statements
- Influence product roadmap priorities through data and operational insight
- Turn successful customers into references, case studies, and long-term advocates
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar post-sale role at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven ownership of onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes
- Experience operating autonomously in early-stage or ambiguous environments
- Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to engage credibly with senior customer stakeholders
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points
- Experience at a Seed or Series A startup
- Experience helping define or scale a Customer Success function
- Comfort working in complex, data-driven or AI-powered products
- Technical fluency across product configuration, workflows, and data
- Background in aviation, logistics, operations, or regulated industries
